    The founders are experts of Indonesia with strong international exposures.
    They studied and worked for 12 years in England, Australia and Singapore.
    They have combined 14 years of international cross culture experience directly working with 8 expatriates from Europe, Latin America, Australia, Asian countries.
    Force One knows most corners of Indonesia yet uphold and execute Western Standard of business professionalism, integrity & code of ethics.

    Tidak seperti kebanyakan konsultan yang hanya menganalisa dan merekomendasi kepada klien; Forceone selain seperti diatas juga, melaksanakan pengamatan pasar dilapangan secara intensif > Melaksanakan Brainstroming > Simulasi & tes model di lapangan > Internalisasi rekomendasi kepada klien dari pimpinan (Top) sampai bawahan (Frontliners) yang mana termasuk Gradual Buy In dan Pelatihan praktis. Kami selalu bekerja melalui Tim Counterparts dari pihak klien.
    Unlike many Consultants who only analyze and recommend to Clients; Force One in addition to the above, intensively engages itself in Field Market Scanning > Operating Brain storming > Field Test Models or Simulations > Internalization of Recommendation to Clients from Top to Front Liners which may include Gradual Buy Ins and Practical Trainings. We closely work through Clients' Counterpart Team.
